ITV takes chef Gino D’Acampo back to Italy

NEWS BRIEF: UK commercial broadcaster ITV has commissioned a new culinary travelogue series fronted by Italian chef Gino D’Acampo in which he returns to his motherland to learn family recipes from matriarchs.

Gino’s Italy: Like Mamma Used to Make (6×30’) is produced by All3Media-owned Betty TV and was commissioned for ITV by Nicola Lloyd, factual entertainment commissioner, and Sue Murphy, head of factual entertainment. All3Media International will distribute the series.
