Fremantle takes int’l rights to Brigitte Bardot doc

Bardot will debut on France’s TF1

NEWS BRIEF: European production and distribution group Fremantle has acquired global distribution rights to a feature doc about iconic French star Brigitte Bardot.

Directed by Alain Berliner, Bardot (1×90’) is a coproduction between London’s Featuristic Films and Paris-based Timpel Pictures. It tells the story of the actor, singer and model using never-before-seen archive footage and exclusive interviews, and is set to premiere on French commercial network TF1 later this year.
