Finnish drama series Reindeer Mafia rounded up by MHz, Canal+, Global Screen

Kaiho Republic produced Reindeer Mafia for MTV3

Digital broadcaster MHz Networks in the US and Canada is among several international buyers to have acquired Finnish crime drama Reindeer Mafia.

The 8×45’ series, produced by Kaiho Republic for Finland’s MTV3, has also been picked up by France’s Canal+, the UK’s Global Screen Network, Poland’s Ale Kino and OTE in Greece.

Starring Samuli Edelmann (Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol), Reindeer Mafia tells the story of a power struggle between members of a family that control the local reindeer business.
