Eccho Rights to take orders for O3 Medya’s The Hatmaker at Mipcom

The Hatmaker will debut in Turkey early next year

Distributor Eccho Rights has acquired the international sales rights to upcoming Turkish drama series The Hatmaker (Şapkacı Kadınlar), which it will present to buyers for presales at Mipcom.

Produced by O3 Medya, The Hatmaker is a period drama set in the early 1920s that follows a war veteran seeking a path to independence, while the husband who abandoned her threatens everything she is building.

Starring Pınar Deniz (Yargı) and Selahattin Paşalı (Ömer, Museum of Innocence), The Hatmaker will premiere in Turkey in early 2027. It is created and written by Necati Şahin, directed by Ömür Atay and produced by Suzan Sümeli.

The 60×45’ series is available to buyers both as a finished drama and as a scripted format.
