GMA Network, ABS-CBN copro yields Filipino drama series Unbreak My Heart

Filipino broadcasters GMA Network and ABS-CBN are to collaborate for the first time by coproducing romantic drama series Unbreak My Heart in Europe.

Unbreak My Heart will be filmed in Switzerland and stream later this year in 15 territories outside of the Philippines on pan-regional OTT platform Viu.

Unbreak My Heart stars Joshua Garcia (Darna), Gabbia Garcia (Encantadia), Richard Yap (The Achy Breaky Hearts) and Jodi Sta. Maria (The Broken Marriage Vow).

“It’s a first for Philippine TV and I’m sure it’s the audience that will be the winners in this collaboration,” said Annette Gozon-Valdes, GMA’s senior VP for programming.
