Sharon Kroll Cohen

New York-based Sharon Kroll Cohen, who joined CSN in December 2021 having spent 20 years with Nickelodeon and its parent company, has been named chief marketing officer at the company.

CSN launched its “proudly algorithm-free” streamer Sensical last year and features thousands of curated videos from studios and YouTube and TikTok creators as well as podcast content across over 60 topic-based programmed channels.

Cohen, who previously served as VP of marketing at CSN having held roles such as executive VP of Nickelodeon Experiences at ViacomCBS, reports to CSN CEO Eric Berger.

As well as her previous responsibilities, Cohen will now advise on the company’s efforts to source, certify and then monetise kids’ short-form programming from Sensical-approved creators whose content has been vetted.
