Channel 5 ready to Challenge Anneka again

NEWS BRIEF: ViacomCBS-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 is rebooting classic makeover format Challenge Anneka, which originally aired on BBC One from 1989 to 1995.

ITV Studios-owned Twofour and Krempelwood are working on the 4×60’ reboot which will again see host Anneka Rice and her team of volunteers responding to the new set of problems that people are facing. The series was commissioned for Channel 5 by Guy Davies, commissioning editor and VP of non-scripted for Channel 5 and Paramount+.
