Brown Bag rustles up new roles

Irish toon producer Brown Bag Films is recruiting for 16 full-time positions at its Dublin-based studio, a move that will bring its total headcount to over 165.

This latest recruitment drive follows the recent expansion of Brown Bag’s studio premises to accommodate over 30 new hires in 2013.

The vacancies on offer range from production roles to creative and technical positions across both 2D and 3D CGI.

Brown Bag is currently in production with a total of five TV series, totalling 65 hours of primetime children’s animation for international clients.

Henry Hugglemonster, which Brown Bag produces with Disney, was renewed for a second 52×11′ season, while the prodco also makes Doc McStuffins with Disney Jr, Peter Rabbit with Nickelodeon, and Octonauts with CBeebies in the UK.
