AMC Networks UK, Radial, Hello Mary team on true-crime series Fatal Fraud

US-based Radial Entertainment has teamed with prodco Hello Mary and the CBS AMC Networks UK Channels Partnership to launch Fatal Fraud, a 10-part true-crime series exploring cases in which financial deception spirals into violence and murder.

Produced by Hello Mary, with Radial Entertainment and AMC Networks International UK serving as coproducers, the series examines how greed-driven schemes, from insurance scams to crushing debt, escalate into lethal outcomes.

The CBS AMC Networks UK Channels Partnership is a joint venture between Paramount and AMC Networks International UK.

Fatal Fraud will debut February 13 on the FilmRise Channel across streaming platforms in the US and Canada. The series will also premiere in the UK on March 18.

The deal was negotiated by Katie Carroll, senior manager of coproductions at Radial Entertainment, and Camilla Cope, commercial director at STV Studios.

“Financially driven crime stories continue to resonate strongly with UK audiences, and Fatal Fraud offers a sharp and distinctive perspective on the genre,” said Sam Rowden, VP, content group, AMC Networks International UK.

“By focusing on cases where deception and greed escalate into violence, the series aligns closely with our commissioning strategy for premium factual content.”
