Jill Goslicky and Vivian Choi’s MindMeld Entertainment is moving under the Studio Lambert umbrella as parent company All3Media looks to expand its US development efforts.

All3Media, which is owned by RedBird IMI, said MindMeld is one of several development labels that will launch under the US division of Studio Lambert, the UK-based unscripted producer behind formats and shows including The Traitors, The Circle and Squid Game: The Challenge. Other recent titles include Buy It Now for Prime Video and The Anonymous for USA Network.

The new labels will focus on a spectrum of genres, including follow-docs and gameshows, and report to Studio Lambert’s LA-based president Jack Burgess. He has led the company’s US business since 2018, working in tandem with London-based chief creative officer Tim Harcourt and CEO Stephen Lambert.

All3Media said it will be making further announcements about new development labels in the coming months.

Goslicky and Choi have served as development and current execs for companies including Amazon MGM Studios and 3 Ball Productions, and amassed credits on shows such as Bravo’s Below Deck, A&E’s Intervention, NBC’s The Biggest Loser and The Apprentice, CBS’s The Mole and MTV’s The Real World.

“Jill and Vivian have a fabulous track record of delivering successful shows and under Jack’s leadership we believe that they are hugely well positioned to drive the next phase of our US unscripted strategy,” said All3Media CEO Jane Turton.

Burgess added: “Jill and Viv are incredibly smart producers and a brilliant creative team. Their expertise and experience make them a perfect fit for Studio Lambert. I’m excited to work with them to bring their ideas to life, and I look forward to the fresh perspective and energy that they will bring as we continue to build the business.”
