9 Story Distribution International takes global sales rights to Atom Town

Atom Town comes from Treehouse Republic and Turnip + Duck

9 Story Distribution International, the sales arm of Canada- and Ireland-based 9 Story Media Group, has acquired the worldwide distribution rights to animated preschool series Atom Town.

Coproduced by Irish prodcos Treehouse Republic and Turnip + Duck, Atom Town (26×5’) follows a colourful community of characters based on the elements of the Periodic Table.

Playing together, solving problems and sparking off each other, the atoms ultimately learn the value of teamwork and diversity, with lots of comedy along the way too.

The series aims to familiarise kids aged three to six with the names of key elements and their associated properties in a gentle and fun way.

9 Story Distribution has the global rights to Atom Town, excluding Ireland, where it launched on pubcaster RTÉ last November.
