Netflix’s Larry Tanz to discuss evolution of local storytelling and content strategy at Content London

Larry Tanz, Netflix’s VP of content for EMEA, is set to explore the evolution of the streamer’s ambitious local storytelling and content strategy in a keynote conversation at Content London.

Tanz was named VP of content for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in April 2019. Since joining Netflix in 2014, he has overseen the creative executives behind series including Lupin (France), The Empress (Germany), La Casa de Papel (Spain), Adolescence (UK) and The Polygamist (South Africa); films including Troll (Norway) and All Quiet on the Western Front (Germany); and unscripted series including Love Is Blind across multiple territories.
Tanz previously served as CEO of Michael Eisner’s digital studio Vuguru, now Tornante Television, and CEO of LivePlanet, and held senior positions at AOL Time Warner and Mercer Management Consulting. He is a founding board member of Water.org.
