Banijay France’s Alexia Laroche-Joubert, Tattle TV’s Marina Elderton and Fremantle’s Kevin Lingley are the latest speakers confirmed for Create London. With the global creator economy projected to grow from around US$254bn in 2025 to approximately US$314bn in 2026, and the global microdrama market forecast to generate around US$14bn in revenues by the end of 2026 – up from an estimated US$11bn in 2025 – Create London will bring together industry leaders to unpack the content strategies, commercial models and generative AI innovations driving the next wave of hit-making across the creator economy.

Laroche-Joubert has full oversight of Banijay’s French portfolio, which comprises 17 labels spanning non-scripted and scripted. Within Banijay, she was appointed CEO of Adventure Line Productions in 2016 and has also overseen the recently launched scripted label Screenline. She has been in her current position since 2023. Laroche-Joubert is credited with executive producing some of France’s most iconic programmes, including Koh-Lanta (Survivor), Fort Boyard, Secret Story (Big Brother) and Star Academy.

Elderton leads Tattle TV, the UK’s first dedicated vertical entertainment app delivering longform, swipeable content for mobile-first audiences. The platform has been featured by international press and has been named among the new wave of vertical video creators to watch, alongside global studio Holywater. Its vertical repurposing of Alfred Hitchcock’s The Lodger gained international attention, with coverage from The Guardian and the Daily Mail, and widespread discussion across multiple Reddit communities.

Lingley leads the company’s AI vision, strategy and responsible deployment across production, distribution and commercial operations. He focuses on integrating cutting-edge AI to enhance creativity, drive operational transformation and unlock growth throughout the business. Lingley brings over 30 years of technology leadership and innovation across global media and entertainment. Before joining Fremantle, he served as VP, content platform, at Spotify.
