Globoplay original Iron Island, a mix of action, drama, adventure and romance set on an oil rig, also features, alongside recent limited series Hebe about the ‘Queen of Brazilian TV’ Hebe Maria Monteiro de Camargo Ravagnani, plus a musical documentary series following singer Thiaguinho.

“The arrival of Globoplay in the American market is an important step for our expansion and digital view, focused on the direct relationship with the consumer,” said Globo director of international business Raphael Corrêa Netto.
