Beyond Productions’ The Invisibles

A+E Networks UK has picked up a six-part documentary series on drug czars who remain invisible and anonymous while building up vast empires.

The Invisibles (6×60’) looks at the new generation of drug kingpins and is produced by Australia’s Beyond Productions. The series premiered in the US on National Geographic Channel and subsequently aired on SBS in Australia, ZDF in Germany and TV2 in Norway.

The deal is one of several secured with UK networks for factual content by London-based Beyond Distribution.

CBS Reality in the UK has signed up for all seven seasons of the US true crime documentary series Fatal Vows (88×60’), which examines the criminal psychology behind deadly divorces. The series is produced by CMJ Productions.

BBC Alba has taken all seasons of kids’ science show Backyard Science (78×30’). Based on the books by Dorling Kindersley and produced by Beyond Productions, the series follows children as they experiment with everyday items in order to make something fun and practical and also provide scientific insights in a child’s world.
