How to find and message delegates?

Once in My Content London go to the “My Content London” tab, go down and click on “Delegates” where you will be able to see all delegates attending the conference. From there you can message delegates to set up meetings or you can click on the heart icon to add them to your list of favourites (they will not be notified if you do this). To access your list of favourite delegates, click on the heart icon next to the search bar.

Can I print a list of all delegates excel spreadsheet?

Unfortunately, due to our company GDPR policy, we cannot give out a list of all delegates attending Content London. You are able to find all delegates attending under the delegate tab.

How can I find delegates from a certain country or company?

In the same search bar where you search delegates names you are able to search for delegates via country or company.

How do I find my ticket?

To pick up your badge please present a form of ID to the registration desk. Please ensure you have uploaded your proof of vaccination prior to arrival.

Is there a printable version of the agenda?

A downloadable and printable version of the agenda can be found here. Printed agendas will also be available at the Content London event.

Booking a hotel?

There are a limited number of rooms remaining at the St Pancras Renaissance hotel. Content London delegates can gain access to a special discounted rate which can be found through in your delegate welcome email.

Is there a place to have meetings?

There is plenty of meeting space in the Music Foyer and Mezzanine. This year we also have additional heated outdoor meeting space alongside the picturesque Regent’s Canal. This will be casual and on a first come first serve basis.

In these challenging times we are working hard to ensure that Content London happens as an in-person event between November 29 and December 2.

We will be reviewing the situation weekly, and in the absence of factors we feel would make it impossible to operate a live event, we look forward to welcoming speakers and delegates to London.

However, should conditions change dramatically we may be forced to move to a digital-only event. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and co-operation in this regard.

Please refer to local and international COVID info and guidelines and only travel if you feel safe to do so.

Managing the risks of Covid-19 is a shared responsibility and we ask that all participants play their part in ensuring Content London remains as safe as possible.

We will be doing everything we can to make Content London a moment of reunion while ensuring everyone’s safety;

• Capacity at this year’s event will be limited to ensure safety for all.

• All delegates and speakers will be required to be fully vaccinated.

• A valid vaccination pass will need to be uploaded in advance of the event and shown at registration, delegates and speakers will be contacted about this in due course.

• Face masks MUST be worn by all delegates within conference sessions.

• We have additional heated outdoor networking space.

• We will have increased security and reception team to manage queues and streamline traffic.

• Cleaning will be reinforced in all spaces and all high-contacted areas have been sanitised using the Bioprotectus fogging disinfection programme.

• Reorganised meeting spaces.

• There will be sanitising stations available at each entrance, and access to hand-washing facilities.

• Our venues have state of the art fresh-air air-conditioning system which ensures air is never recirculated.

• All sessions will be available to stream live to your device and are available On Demand to all delegates following the event.

Content ConciergeThe Content Concierge service provides assistance to delegates with organising meetings and connecting with other delegates. This service will be supported by a Content London Concierge team member on site at the event. The service can also help with restaurant reservations, hotel bookings and other operational advice. Registration is at Kings Place and is open from 08.00 each day.




As the official hotel of Content London, The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel (5*) has discounted rooms available exclusively to delegates.

Content London provides plenty of opportunity for hosting family dinners, client cocktails, catered meetings for any clients who would like to enhance their presence at Content London with a personalised space. These spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

There are also a limited number of meeting tables available on a first-come, first-served basis for the entire conference.
