ABC Commercial makes killer deal

The distribution arm of Australian broadcaster the ABC has picked up the rights to a factual series about the lives of some of the world’s most notorious killers.

ABC Commercial will launch 45 Serial Killers the World Wants to Forget (13×45′) at the MipTV market in Cannes next month following a deal with the show’s producer, Blizzard Road Productions.

“It’s the perfect combination of criminology and history that we’re sure will satisfy audiences globally who have an appetite for crime and factual programming,” said Tony Iffland, general manager of content sales at ABC Commercial.
