Call of the Banshee

Yaitanes has always wanted to work with Cinemax owner HBO and, after directing the final episodes of House for Fox, he couldn't resist the opportunity to work on Banshee. "I loved its rawness," he says.
The action drama revolves around an ex-con and master thief who assumes the identity of the sheriff of Banshee, Pennsylvania, where he continues to commit crimes, while being hunted by a group of gangsters he betrayed years earlier.

Yaitanes goes on to explain the importance of the show's online companion series, Banshee Origins, and why he was determined to ensure that it was up to the same standard its TV counterpart.
"I've seen a lot of web content that was just miserable to watch. I wanted the viewers to know Banshee Origins was an experience that we, as the keepers of the show, were behind and endorsed."
