Când Mama Nu-i Acasă (When Mother is Not at Home)

Romania’s Happy Channel will launch an experimental fiction series later this month that has been filmed using solely a mobile phone.

Când Mama Nu-i Acasă (When Mother is Not at Home) is part of Happy Channel’s new strand of “iSeries” and will start airing on March 13.

The 15-minute episodes will air Monday to Thursday at 19.45 on Happy Channel, which is part of the Antena Group and targets women aged 18 to 49.

It will also be available online and via social media services, with the project co-ordinated by Romanian drama expert Ruxandra Ion. The show tells the love story of three teenagers who have romantic interests that aren’t mutually shared.
