Netflix orders Paul Rudd comedy

Paul Rudd stars in and co-wrote the Ant-Man & the Wasp movie

Global streamer Netflix has commissioned an eight-episode comedy series starring Ant-Man & the Wasp star Paul Rudd playing two versions of himself.

Living with Yourself is created and showrun by Timothy Greenberg (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart) and produced by Likely Story and Jax Media. The show was previously set up at US cablenet IFC.

Series directors and executive producers are Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (Little Miss Sunshine, Battle of the Sexes). Anthony Bregman and Jeff Stern are also exec producing for Likely Story, alongside Tony Hernandez for Jax Media, Rudd and Jeff Blitz.

Rudd appears as a man struggling with his life who undergoes a novel treatment to become a better person.

The actor most recently starred in Marvel’s latest Ant-Man movie which he also co-wrote.
