Netflix bolsters ABC line-up

Netflix has added the complete first seasons of dramas Revenge, Once Upon a Time and Scandal to its US playlist as all three shows prepare to return to ABC this fall.

Each show will be exclusively available on the VoD service at the end of this month following their second season premieres.

They are the latest ABC series to join Netflix. Others include Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Desperate Housewives and Lost.

Scandal, a political series about a crisis management firm based in Washington, DC, first aired in April and returns to air on September 27.

Fantasy drama Once Upon a Time and thriller Revenge will both have their second season premieres on September 30.
