Mexico gets Insider from Eccho

Mexican broadcaster Imagen Televisión has picked up Turkish drama series Insider from Scandinavian distributor Eccho Rights.

The deal for the Ay Yapim-produced show comes as the channel prepares to premiere Brave & Beautiful tonight.

Brave & Beautiful, another Ay Yapim title distributed by Eccho, originally aired on Star TV in Tukey and will fill the 18.00 slot on Imagen under the title Cezür.

Insider, which aired on Show TV in Turkey and has previously sold to Mega in Chile, among others, will premiere in Mexico later this year.

Brave & Beautiful is a romance set against a deep, historical family feud, while Insider sees two estranged brothers as moles on opposite sides of the law, each trying to uncover the other’s identity and unaware of their shared personal history.
