Maverick given a little TLC

Discovery Networks International (DNI) has commissioned UK indie Maverick to make 20 hours of new content for its female-skewing channel TLC around the world.

So far, two series have been announced: Body Confidential (working title) and a second season of My Naked Secret.

Body Confidential (4×60′) is a new lifestyle series starring model and radio presenter Lisa Snowdon and executive produced by Sarah Thornton for DNI.

My Naked Secret, focusing on people’s hidden problems with their bodies, originally aired on TLC around the world and is the first original DNI series that has been renewed for a second 12-part season.

Simone Haywood will executive produce both series for Maverick TV.
