Scott Reich is tasked with overseeing development of scripted and unscripted projects as well as content acquisitions for the company’s recently launched eponymous service.

He will report to Fullscreen general manager Martin Keely, and will oversee both Polly Auritt, the company’s VP of scripted programming, and Jason Kwong, head of content licensing and acquisition.

Reich was previously VP programming and original content at US music video service Vevo, where he also oversaw all live performances and events.

He has also worked at US cablenet Fuse as a programming consultant, spearheading special events featuring Jay-Z, John Mayer and Maroon 5. Before that, Reich had programming roles at Concert.TV and VH1.

Fullscreen was founded in 2011 and is majority-owned by Otter Media, a partnership between AT&T and The Chernin Group.

It launched its US$4.99-per-month SVoD service in April, aiming to provide an “MTV-like watching experience” for the social generation.
