Fear the Walking Dead’s third season debuts in June

AMC in the US has ordered a fourth season of Fear the Walking Dead before the third has started airing, and will again debut the zombie drama simultaneously around the world on AMC Global.

The fourth run of the Walking Dead companion series, from AMC Studios, will have Scott M Gimple, showrunner of the original series, attached as executive producer.

Showrunner Dave Erickson, who worked on the first three seasons of Fear the Walking Dead, is leaving the show to work on new projects for AMC and is being replaced by Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg.

The third season debuts on AMC Global in more than 125 countries on June 4. Entertainment One manages all international television and home entertainment sales for the show outside of North America and the AMC channels globally.
