Endemol Shine ups licensing exec

Endemol Shine North America has promoted its licensing partnerships director to VP of licensing partnerships.

Thomas Ferguson will now be responsible for negotiating and securing partnerships across a variety of consumer product categories, particularly focusing on publishing, e-commerce, branded content experiences and live events for Endemol Shine series.

His appointment will see Kelly Hill remain in her parallel role of VP of licensing partnerships, with the pair leading on the company’s licensing efforts. They will both work under Tamaya Petteway, senior VP of brand and licensing partnerships.

During his four years at the company, Ferguson has led major initiatives including the MasterChef Cruise, Cooking With MasterChef and The Biggest Loser Resorts.

Before joining Endemol, he was a lead designer and consultant for branding agency Focus Group West, where he worked with brands such as John Varvatos and Carolina Herrera.
