NEWS BRIEF: A German media firm has picked up children’s shortform comedy Dukes of Bröxstônia, which is set to premiere on Disney XD in the US this month.

Australian Children’s Television Foundation has sold the Sticky Pictures-produced series to German home entertainment company Nipponart GmbH, which will make animated shorts available online throughout Europe as well as releasing all three series on DVD and Blu-ray in German-speaking territories.
