Discovery set for Wildest Arctic

Discovery Networks Western Europe has commissioned a new four-part nature doc from producer-distributor Off the Fence’s (OTF) Wildest franchise.

Wildest Arctic (4×60′) will explore the harsh landscape of the Arctic Circle, Taiga forests and Iceland and the wildlife that lives there.

The series will premiere on Discovery across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. An air date has not yet been set. It will also broadcast on High Fidelity HDTV in Canada. Ellen Windemuth from OTF and Victoria Noble from Discovery will executive produce the series.

OTF has already previously made Wildest Africa (13×60′) for Discovery and is about to deliver Wildest India (5×60′).
