Comedy Central tells more Drunk History

US cablenet Comedy Central has renewed Drunk History and Nathan For You just a month into their second-season runs.

Drunk History, from exec producers Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, features drunken narrators recounting historical events while A-list actors perform the re-enactments.

It was originally a web series on Funny or Die, the comedy video website founded by Ferrell and McKay’s production company Gary Sanchez Productions.

Meanwhile, Nathan For You, from Absolutely Productions, follows creator Nathan Fielder as he helps struggling entrepreneurs by using unconventional marketing tactics.

The two comedies, which air on Tuesday nights, will begin their third seasons in 2015. Both have seen solid ratings growth in their respective slots with Nathan For You rising 50% among adults aged 18-49.
