Bravo attracted to Pretty Faces

US cablenet Bravo is expanding its scripted programming output by developing a new show to be exec produced by Alias actor Jennifer Garner.

All the Pretty Faces is being made by Garner’s Vandalia Films in association with Warner Horizon Television and is being written by J Mills Goodloe (The Best of Me, Pride), who is also attached as exec producer.

The comedy-drama is set in a Californian beach town and features two warring families that have been afflicted by immortality who are then brought together by the death of a loved one.

Andrew Wang, VP of scripted development and production for Bravo Media, said it would provide “strong, relatable characters and tackle provocative subjects in an entertaining way.”

The show’s development comes on the back of Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce, the NBCUniversal-owned channel’s first original scripted series, which was greenlit in February.
