BeIN agrees CBS deal

The Late Late Show with James Corden

MENA pay TV outfit BeIN Media has agreed a licensing deal with CBS Studios International for exclusive access to programming from US networks CBS and The CW.

BeIN’s entertainment channels will get access to shows including MacGyver, The Good Fight, Bull, Salvation and The Late Late Show with James Corden.

The agreement also will cover the first-window rights to a selection of CBS and The CW’s new slate of series, including Insight and Seal Team, which will be available to BeIN subscribers day-and-date with the US broadcast.

Content will also be available through the BeIN On-Demand platform.

The news comes as CBS prepares to start rolling out its All Access on-demand platform outside the US, starting with a launch in Canada next year.
