44 Blue bumps up trio

US firm 44 Blue Productions, the company behind A&E’s Emmy-nominated series Wahlburgers, has made a trio of promotions across its production department.

Mark Hamaguchi has been named VP of production management, Gina Becconsall becomes VP of post operations and PJ Donnelly takes the role of VP of post-production and technical services.

Hamaguchi, who joined in 2012 and was director of production management, will oversee all production management for 44 Blue projects including pilots and series in active production, such as Rock and a Hard Place for HBO and Dwayne Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions.

Becconsall will continue to oversee post-production operations, having joined 44 Blue in 2005. She has overseen more than 500 hours of programming at the firm, most recently as director of post operations.

Finally, Donnelly will manage the construction and maintenance of 44 Blue’s post department. He joined the firm in 2002 and has worked on shows including Pit Bulls and Parolees on Animal Planet and upcoming BET series According to Alex.

It’s the latest exec reshuffle for 44 Blue after it promoted two of its senior execs as part of a management team restructure earlier this year.
