Wag declares WW2 factual duo

The distribution arm of London-based producer Wag Entertainment is preparing to launch two factual series about the Second World War at MipTV next month.

World War 2 In Numbers and War Factories are both produced by Wag, with the former the latest in the company’s In Numbers series. It uses extraordinary statistics to tell the story of the conflict and follows on from its Great War In Numbers show.

War Factories (8×60’) includes location filming and previously unseen archive to tell the untold story of war production during the Second World War.

Pre-sales for both shows have already been secured with broadcasters in territories including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, CEE, Nordics and Africa. Details remain under wraps.
