Studio Gale preps Tish Tash

Tish Tash will begin production next year

MIPCOM: South Korean animator Studio Gale has linked with Singapore’s August Media and Synergy88 Entertainment in the Philippines on a new 2D children’s show.

Created by Studio Gale, Tish Tash (52×5’) is set to enter production in the first quarter of 2019, with UK firm Karrot Entertainment also on board as a development partner.

The preschool show follows the adventures of a young bear and its imaginary friend as they embark on a variety of adventures. It will be sold by August Media’s distribution arm, August Rights, and Studio Gale.

“This series promises to entertain and educate, and for us it’s another important collaboration to add to our portfolio,” said Jackeline Chua, managing partner of Synergy88.
