Sky Vision adds Reelz package

Sky Vision has picked up worldwide distribution rights to a package of unscripted programming being made for ReelzChannel in the US.

The deal will see the international distribution arm of UK broadcaster BSkyB shop 10 series being made for Reelz by US production outfit Asylum Entertainment, the LA-based firm acquired by Legendary Entertainment in December.

The agreement follows an output deal signed by Asylum and Reelz in October that will see the prodco deliver 10 10×30’ series for the US net during 2014.

Sky Vision already represents two Reelz series from Asylum, including Hollywood Hillbillies (10×30′) and The Capones (10×30′), which Sky has already sold into Latin America.
