Frankel will develop projects for MGM while serving as an executive producer on the shows and/or appearing on camera.

She first appeared as a contestant on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart in 2005 before becoming an investor on Shark Tank, both produced by MGM Worldwide Television Group chairman Mark Burnett. She then starred in Bravo series The Real Housewives of New York City.

Barry Poznick, president of unscripted television for MGM Television Group, said Frankel’s “energy, attitude and entrepreneurial experience aligns perfectly with what we have planned for MGM in the years ahead for new network, cable, SVoD and syndication series.”
