Martin: Superheroes Don’t Exist, Legends Do

NEWS BRIEF: You First Content, the production house of Spanish sports agency You First, has teamed with Beta Entertainment Spain to create a four-part series based on the career of Fernando Martin, the first Spanish basketballer in the NBA.

Set against the backdrop of post-Franco 80s Spain, Martin: Superheroes Don’t Exist, Legends Do tells the story of the man referred to as the Spanish James Dean after his death in a car crash at the age of 27. It will reflect Martin’s fast lifestyle as part of his career with Real Madrid and with Spain, where he won a medal at the 1984 Olympics.
