In the Miami-based role, Jasin will be charged with overseeing syndication of the full catalogue of WarnerMedia’s content portfolio including theatrical features, series, miniseries, TV movies, animation and library product across the Latin American television marketplace.

She has joined the regional executive leadership team and reports to Whit Richardson, president, WarnerMedia Latin America. The company said Jasin will also work closely with Robert Blair, president, Warner Bros International Television, to ensure the goals of the Latin American business are aligned with global divisional objectives.

In her previous role, Jasin served in the dual role of VP, Azteca International, and director, Azteca Studio. Before that she was the CEO at independent production and distribution company Fly Content.

“Patricia is a talented, well-respected executive and I am thrilled she will be bringing her proven expertise and experience to the organisation,” said Richardson in a statement.

“Together with her team, I am certain that Patricia will continue to elevate the powerful WarnerMedia content portfolio, expanding our syndication network throughout the region.”

WarnerMedia Latin America is a division of WarnerMedia International and operates brands including HBO, HBO Max, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Network and Boomerang across the region. Last year it launched streaming service HBO Max in 39 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
