VisionTV orders reunion format Bake & Make Up from Go Button Media

Go Button Media’s Bake & Makeup

Canadian pay-TV channel VisionTV has ordered a new factual format called Bake & Makeup from Toronto-based prodco Go Button Media.

The 5×30’ series, set to air from Monday August 29 on VisionTV, brings together two key elements of factual entertainment: baking and emotional reunions.

Each episode features a once inseparable twosome – estranged best friends, past loves, long-lost family members – as they reunite over a recipe that has shared meaning for both.

With the premiere of the series, Go Button Media will also begin shopping the format in international markets.

Go Button Media, founded by showrunners Daniel Oron and Natasha Ryan, has secured a slew of commissions in recent months including four factual series for Canadian independent network Super Channel and another four from Munich-based producer and distributor Autentic.
