Produced by DuVernay’s Array Filmworks in association with Warner Bros Television, Naomi is about a teenage girl as she sets out to uncover the origins of a supernatural event that has shaken the small town where she lives.

Based the DC comic of the same name that was first published in 2019, Naomi has been written and exec produced by DuVernay alongside Jill Blankenship (Arrow), with Paul Garnes serving as executive producer. Amanda Marsalis (Echo Park, Queen Sugar) directed and co-executive produced the pilot episode.

Meanwhile, All American: Homecoming is a young-adult sports drama that follows young tennis hopeful Simone (Geffri Maya) and elite baseball player Damon (Peyton Alex Smith) as they contend with the high stakes of college sport at a historically black college and university.

The series is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros Television and is written and executive produced by Nkechi Okoro Carroll, with Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, David Madden and Robbie Rogers also serving as exec producers. Michael Schultz (All American, Black Lightning) directed the pilot episode.

Returning series on The CW’s mid-season line-up include teen drama Riverdale, the reboot of 1980s glamour soap Dynasty and superhero drama Superman & Lois.
