Nick Jr Israel boards Fairy Express with Cottonwood Media, Ananey Studios

Fairy Express comes from Gili Dolev and Shirley Oran

Nick Jr Israel has commissioned a CGI series about three entrepreneurial fairies from Paramount-owned Israeli prodco Ananey Studios and France-based Cottonwood Media.

Fairy Express (52×11’) is based on an original idea by creator and director Gili Dolev and Ananey’s head of kids and family Shirley Oran.

Targeting 4-6s, the series follows a trio of fairies who have invented a special app called Fairy Express to grant children wishes.

Dolev and Oran exec produce with Cottonwood’s president David Michel, MD Cécile Lauritano and producer Zoé Carrera Allaix, who all co-founded the company.

Federation Kids & Family is distributing the series outside of Israel and will present it to buyers at MipJunior this weekend.
