Keshet elevates Saar Dor, Kelly Wright and Gadi Ben-Dror to global team

Israeli producer and distributor Keshet International (KI) has promoted three senior executives to its global leadership team.

Saar Dor has been upped to chief operating officer, Kelly Wright to managing director of distribution and Gadi Ben-Dror to general counsel.

All three will report to Keren Shahar, Keshet’s new CEO, who took over the role from Alon Shrutzman at the start of this year.

“They are all ambitious and driven individuals who thrive when pushed to think outside the box and inspire others to do the same,” said Shahar.

Dor, Shahar’s new second-in-command, is currently Keshet’s chief finance officer (CFO), having joined the company in 2013. He will take on responsibility for all business and operational aspects while retaining his role as CFO.

Dor has helped KI expand its production interests across Europe through various acquisitions.

Wright will widen her current role as senior VP of distribution and new business. Since joining KI in 2013, she has driven its operations around the world, with a particular focus on the Latin American and Asia-Pacific regions.

New general counsel Ben-Dror, who joined KI in 2017 as legal counsel, previously worked at various Israeli law firms focusing on technology, licence and M&A transactions.

Keshet has developed shows including action thriller Echo3 for Apple TV+ in recent years.
