Kanal D Int’l fills exec director role

Kanal D International (KDI), the distribution arm of Turkish broadcaster Kanal D, has promoted Ekin Koyuncu to become its new executive director.

Koyuncu will replace Kerim Emrah Turna, who stepped down last week after more than 15 years at the firm.

Having joined KDI three years ago, Koyuncu was most recently sales manager and also held the role of sales executive.

Prior to that, she was an acquisitions exec at Lifetime in Turkey and worked in sales and acquisitions at Turkish film company MedyaVizyon.
