ITV Studios’ Tetra Media Studio and producer Léa Gabrié launch French label L/Intruse

LONDON TV SCREENINGS: ITV Studios-owned Tetra Media Studio and producer Léa Gabrié have launched a drama label in France called L/Intruse.

Léa Gabrié

L/Intruse is named after Gabrié’s first series as a producer at Tetra Media Fiction, L’Intruse, which airs on France 2 next week.

Gabrié will lead the new label, which will sit alongside Tetra Media Fiction and Tetra Media Studio’s other labels Beaubourg Audiovisuel, GoodCop, Macondo, Colette Productions, Gramma Prod and Tangaro Productions.

Gabrié joined Tetra Media Fiction as a producer in 2021. In parallel with other projects developed at L’Intruse, she is coproducing miniseries Laura with Emmanuel Daucé for France 2.

Before Tetra Media Fiction, Gabrié was a literary director at Mediawan’s Scarlett Production, where she oversaw series Les Sauvages. She also previously coproduced documentary Banksy Most Wanted and was artistic producer on 2021 film Comme des Reines.

Gabrié said: “Launching this label today is a fairly natural step. My past experiences, far from being contradictory, nourish my vision and my ambition is to develop projects that are general public but that speak to the heart.”

The new label was revealed at the ITV Studios press breakfast at London TV Screenings this morning.
