Investigation Discovery gets On The Case

US cable network Investigation Discovery (ID) has greenlit a weekly crime investigative series featuring veteran CNN news anchor Paula Zahn.

Under the agreement, Zahn and producing partners Scott Weinberger of Weinberger Media and Scott Sternberg of Scott Sternberg Productions will produce 13 episodes of On The Case With Paula Zahn, which will go out weekly from October this year.

Zahn, Weinberger and Sternberg are executive producing the series.

Deborah Adler Myers, senior VP of programming for Discovery Emerging Networks, said: “Paula’s passion for investigative journalism is infectious – she will get us interviews that viewers have never seen, profiling both unknown cases and some of the headline-making cases in the news today.”
