eOne has Hindsight

Canadian producer-distributor Entertainment One has acquired global distribution rights to VH1’s new scripted drama Hindsight.

The deal will see eOne handle sales for the 10×60’ series across all-media for territories outside of the US. Hindsight, about a woman who is sent back in time to 1995, premiered on Viacom-owned VH1 in the US last week.

The project, previously developed at NBC, marked the first scripted pilot order for VH1’s new head of development Susan Levison, since she joined from FishBowl Worldwide Media in 2013.

It was created by Emily Fox (Jane By Design), who exec produced along with Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly from US prodco Timberman-Beverly and Maggie Malina.
