Blanc checks out for Abacus

Simply Raymond Blanc launched on ITV last month

London-based distributor Abacus Media Rights has picked up cooking series Simply Raymond Blanc, featuring the Michelin-starred chef.

Produced by Rock Oyster Media, the show was commissioned by the UK’s ITV and launched on the commercial broadcaster on January 30. Abacus has taken worldwide international distribution rights excluding the UK.

The show, which is available as a 10×60’ or 6×30’ series, sees the UK-based French chef share a new collection of recipes.

Simply Raymond Blanc is directed by Matthew Wheeler and produced by Vinny Basra with executive producers David Nottage and Charlotte Davis.
