BBC1 gives See Your Voice second run

The BBC’s I Can See Your Voice is made by Naked and Thames Production

UK pubcaster BBC1 has renewed music mystery gameshow I Can See Your Voice for a second season.

Produced by Fremantle-owned prodcos Naked and Thames Production, the show sees a team of two players try to win a cash prize by guessing who can and can’t sing from a group of people. The players are helped by a panel of celebrities who are joined each week by a different pop star.

Created by South Korea’s CJ ENM, the format has been commissioned in 18 countries, including by Fox in the US, Antena 3 in Spain and Nelonen in Finland.

The format was the subject of row between CJ ENM and Turkey’s Global Agency, with the South Korean broadcaster claiming Global Agency’s format Is That Really Your Voice? was too similar and even used elements of I Can See Your Voice.
