Asian nets, Denmark’s DR pick up kids series from Bomanbridge Media

Animal Rescue has been picked up across Asia

A raft of broadcasters and streamers in Asia, plus Danish pubcaster DR, have picked up children’s series from Singapore-based producer and distributor Bomanbridge Media.

DR has acquired My Wild Family (30×6’), which is produced by West One International.

In Asia, Chinese streamer Tencent Video has bought Sixteen South’s animated series Odo (52×7’), while Korea’s Coupang, Astro Malaysia, Thai Public Broadcasting and GMA Philippines have picked up Sinking Ship Entertainment’s live-action series Dino Dana.

GMA Philippines has picked up sci-fi teen dramas The Unlisted (10×30’) and Endlings (24×30’), which are both produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment, while Hong Kong International Business Channel has also acquired Endlings and My Home, My Life (42×7’).

Thai Public Broadcasting has acquired West One’s wildlife series Kids Safari (36×15’/72×7’), while Taiwan’s Longturn has picked up Japanese animation series Hanakappa (450×5’), Pikachin Kit (60×17’) and the latest season of football anime franchise Inazuma Eleven Orion (49×30’).

True Visions Thailand has also bought Inazuma Eleven Orion, while Astro Malaysia, RTB in Brunei and Mediacorp in Singapore have acquired Inazuma Eleven Ares (26×30’) from the same franchise.

Mediacorp in Singapore, Hong Kong International Business Channel and True Visions Thailand have picked up Hong Dang Moo’s Animal Rescue (52×11’) and Magic Adventures – The Crystal of Dark (52×11’). Both series were part of 100-plus hour package deals with Uzbekistan’s Aqlvoy channel and Bangladesh VoD service MKiddo, while Astro Malaysia also acquired Animal Rescue.

Finally, True Visions Thailand has acquired 3D Sparrow’s non-dialogue animation Booba’s Food Puzzle (26×3’), from the animation franchise Booba.
