All3Media-backed Woodman Park elevates Whitney White to executive VP

LA-based Woodman Park Productions, which sits under the All3Media America banner, has elevated Whitney White to executive VP and hired former Super Delicious exec Joanne Yang as VP of development.

Whitney White

With the promotion, White will continue to lead the unscripted-focused entity. Since joining in 2018, she has spearheaded the launch of several series including Battle of the Brothers for Discovery+ and Food Network, Man with A Van for Investigation Discovery and Deep Creek for Snapchat, as well as a slate of unannounced projects in production for Hulu, CNN+ and Food Network.

Before joining Woodman Park, White was VP and head of development at Ping Pong Productions and before that was part of the executive team at Asylum Entertainment.

“Woodman Park has an exciting slate and Whitney is supremely well-qualified to lead the company into a new chapter of growth,” said All3Media CEO Jane Turton.

Joanne Yang

Yang, meanwhile, will collaborate closely with White to further diversify Woodman Park’s slate of projects across all platforms. During her nearly three-year spell at Super Delicious, Yang served as VP of development, leading development on unscripted titles such as School of Chocolate for Netflix, The Rap Game and Atlanta Plastic for Lifetime, The Strongest Man in History for History Channel and Married with Secrets for Discovery ID.

Founded in 2018, Woodman Park’s other credits include Declassified for CNN and Betrayed for Investigation Discovery.

London-headquartered All3Media, jointly owned by Discovery Communications and Liberty Global, backs more than 40 production companies across the UK, US, Germany, Belgium, New Zealand and the Netherlands.
